Residential developer O脺 Merko Kodud has revealed its plans to commence聽construction of the Uus-Veerenni residential project鈥檚 sixth stage in Tallinn, Estonia.聽聽

The new phase includes the construction of an eight-storey building, which is expected to be completed by mid-2026.聽聽
This energy class A building, located at Tiiu 14, will add 63 apartments ranging from 35m虏 to 115m虏.聽聽
The apartments will include the provision for air-conditioning systems, with larger units having the system preinstalled.聽
The building will be encircled by a landscaped space with areas for relaxation and play.聽聽

The contract is valued at around 鈧�20m ($21.35m), excluding VAT, with construction set for completion in August 2025.聽
